Appointment of Officers:
The appointment of officers for the term from March 1, 2018, through February 28, 2019, are:
- Quinton Barker – President
- Fran Barker – Vice President
- Frank Scheer – Secretary
- Frank Scheer – Treasurer
Old Business:
This being the first director’s meeting, there was no old business.
New Business:
- Secretary’s Report:
As of January 20th, 2018, there are 51 members. A renewal notice for 2019 will be mailed during March which will also provide information about the Morse Day members event on April 28th, 2018.
- Treasurer’s Report:
As of January 20th, 2018, the checking account balance is $1,253.93. The Verizon telephone and Internet accounts as well as the Rappahannock Electric accounts for Boyce depot were transferred to the Boyce Depot Railway Foundation on January 17th, 2018. These utility payments will be made from the checking account beginning in February 2018.
Next Director’s Meeting:
The next scheduled director’s meeting is Saturday, January 19, 2019, at 3 PM. If an interim meeting is required, a meeting notice will be sent to each director at least 30 days in advance.
